I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were quite spacious with a balcony overlooking the beach, but the outdated amenities were a letdown. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff, although there were apologies for the manager's behavior. The location was convenient, being close to the sea and the old town, although not particularly scenic. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the great coffee. However, the price could have been more competitive.

The hotel really brought back memories of Italy with its charming atmosphere for a lovely stay but unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. The location, though fantastic, was marred by loud noises from the neighboring facilities.

Staying at this hotel was a real treat with its balcony overlooking the sea, watching the stunning Cefalu sunset was truly amazing. The room was a little larger but felt stuffy at times. The price that includes your children is a great deal.
